Return & Refund
HOW IT WORKS:
1. Inform us by email within 14 days from receiving the items with your full name, delivery address and order number and a brief message that you want to return the item(s). After that you still have 14 days to send the goods.
If you give us a reason, we will be very grateful, because then we know what we may have to change in our products or shipping. However, you do not have to give a reason if you do not want to.
2. Pack the item(s) well protected. If you prefer, you can use the shipping bag we sent to you, just seal it with the second tape already attached.
3. Take it to your local post office or shipping company and send it back. Please note that you will have to pay the return shipping costs yourself.
4. As soon as we receive the item(s), we will refund you.
5. Now you can order the item again in the other color/size - free of shipping costs.
